Delivery & Shipping

Currently all orders are eligible to receive free shipping anywhere within Australia.

Your Item will be dispatched out of Brisbane – Queensland.

Please Note: Once payment has been made in full, your goods will be dispatched within 24-48 hours either via Australia post excluding weekends and QLD public Holidays.

Please allow 3-10 working days for delivery to most capital cities and more time could be required for postage to regional area.  Please ensure an address is provided to us where someone is available to sign for the goods.  After this time if you have not received your order, please contact our web sales team via the contact us page. Delays may occur in the event of poor weather conditions or high traffic period such as public holidays.

Alternatively, if no one is available to sign for the goods at the nominated address, an ATL (Authority To Leave) will be authorized to leave the parcel in a safe location on the premises.  ZAIZ will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any stolen packages.

You will be emailed a tracking number by the courier company to view the progress of your shipment and to ensure someone is at the nominated address to sign for the parcel.

Remote deliveries
If you live in a remote location, under certain circumstances they may deliver to a recognized collection point or depot in the nearest main town.

International deliveries
Online shopping is only available to customers within Australia. We welcome product inquiries from other retailers, please contact our web sales team via the contact us page.

Over-sized Goods
For bulky or over-sized goods, our shipping charges reflect the true size of the item based on the physical weight and volumetric size of the product. For this reason additional charges may apply to orders involving bulky or over-sized products.

Bulk Ordering
Free shipping is valid for all online orders, at the price listed at ZAIZ website. If a better price is negotiated on the basis of bulk ordering, free shipping may not apply.

Stock Availability
If you have purchased an item that is currently not in stock or an item that is back-ordered, you will be notified immediately about the possibility for delay.

We will process your order within 24 hours upon receipt of payment. If there is a problem fulfilling your order (e.g. items need to be ordered in), we will call you within this period to let you know.
